BOOK AN EVENT
The inclusive price for the dining events includes:
- A pre-dinner welcome drink
- A three course meal
- Up to half a bottle of wine
- Coffee
- Service
Bookings are taken on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. At the very latest you should have booked and paid for an event two days beforehand. You can reserve your place on any event by emailing, telephoning or texting Janet on 01628 620542 or 07801 282821 or by completing the booking form below:

You should inform us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
You may pay in the following ways:
- Cheque made payable to ‘The Dining Club’ sent to The Dining Club’s registered addressed shown on the website and programme.
- Online payments using the PayPal system after completion of the above application form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event that The Dining Club has to cancel an event, we will endeavour to contact everyone 48 hours before the event and a full refund will be given.
